Why it works

Most professional training is passive and forgettable. The Practice School is built on three principles that change that.

Small cohorts by design

Six people maximum. You know everyone's name by week two. Feedback is real, relationships form, and the learning compounds because you practice on each other, not on strangers.

Practice between sessions

Every session ends with a specific practice challenge. You bring results to the next session. The learning lives in your actual work -- not in a workbook you'll never reopen.

Instructors who still do the work

No one teaches from theory here. Every instructor is an active practitioner in their field. They know what it looks like when the framework breaks, because it broke for them last month.

Outcomes you'll actually measure

  • Run your first facilitated session within 48 hours of completing Facilitation for Leaders
  • Cut meeting prep time in half using the structured agenda frameworks from weeks one and two
  • Send your first sharp, one-page strategy memo before the writing program ends
  • Deliver a high-stakes executive presentation using the Strategic Communication framework

Instructors who practice what they teach

Both instructors maintain active client work. They bring current, real examples into every session.

Real results from real cohorts

Promoted within 6 weeks
Got promoted 6 weeks after the facilitation cohort. My manager specifically cited how I'd changed the energy in our weekly syncs. I didn't realize how much my old approach was dragging those meetings down.
Jordan Whitmore
Senior Product Manager, SaaS startup
First clean strategy memo
I've been writing strategy documents for eight years and I thought I was decent at it. Week two of Writing for Impact showed me how much noise I was carrying. My VP called my next memo the clearest thing she'd read from me.
Tanya Abramowitz
Head of Operations, mid-market logistics firm
Board-level confidence
Strategic Communication prepared me for my first board presentation. Not just the content -- the posture. I walked in knowing exactly what the board needed from me, and I delivered it. The feedback was the best I've gotten at that level.
Renee Castillo
COO, healthcare technology company

Frequently asked questions

How big are the cohorts?

Every cohort is capped at 6 people. This is non-negotiable. The small size is what makes the learning work. You get real feedback, real relationships, and real practice time that you can't get in a 30-person webinar.

Do I need any prerequisites?

No formal prerequisites. These programs are designed for working professionals with at least 3 years of experience. If you're managing people, running projects, or need to communicate at a senior level, you're the right fit.

How are sessions delivered?

Live video sessions via Zoom, 90 minutes each. Sessions are not recorded -- presence matters. Between sessions, you'll complete a short practice challenge in your actual job. Most participants spend about 2 hours per week outside of live time.

What outcomes should I expect?

By the end of your program, you'll have a repeatable framework you've already used in real situations, feedback from your cohort on your performance, and at least one concrete work product to point to. 94% of graduates complete the full program.

Does my employer pay for this?

Many of our students expense this through their professional development or L&D budget. We provide an invoice and program summary for reimbursement requests. If you need a formal proposal document for your manager, we can provide one.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. You can miss one session per program without penalty, as long as you complete the practice work. Missing two or more sessions results in being moved to the next available cohort with no charge, because the model only works if you're present.
