Built for brilliant people who burn out.
We built The Still House after watching too many brilliant people burn out in ways that were completely preventable. It is not a spa. It is not a conference. It is four days with a small group of people who take their inner life seriously, in a house that holds space for that.
02 / How You Can Join
03 / What Happens Here
What a day feels like when it's yours again.
7:00 – 9:00
Morning
The fire is lit before you wake up. Coffee on the kitchen table. The morning belongs to you. No agenda before 9.
9:00 – 12:00
Structured Work
Three hours where the only expectation is that you show up to your own work. No phones. No notifications. The house holds the rest.
12:00 – 17:00
Open Afternoon
Five hours with nowhere you need to be. Walk the ridge. Sit by the water. Most guests say this is where things start moving.
18:00 – 21:00
Communal Dinner
Long table. Everything made from scratch. The conversation goes where it needs to go. People who came as strangers leave as the kind of friends you keep.
Limited to 8 guests per retreat. This is not a crowd. It is a room full of the right people.
