Vibe to Live is a service of Creative Agntcy, LLC ("Creative Agntcy," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Vibe to Live website and services ("Service").

- Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Site content: text, images, and other content you submit for your website through intake interviews and revision requests.

We also collect limited technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and usage patterns through analytics tools.

3. Sharing Your Information

- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Railway (hosting), GitHub (site deployment). These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it. Payment records are retained as required by law.

6. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), HttpOnly session cookies, rate limiting, and regular security audits. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use a single session cookie (vtl_session) to keep you signed in to your portal. This cookie is HttpOnly, Secure, and expires after 1 hour of inactivity. We also use analytics cookies through Google Tag Manager to understand site usage.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
